Data point 1: I'm doing pole, which needs lots of naked skin for grip.
Data point 2: I'm the only man in my class so while it's probably acceptable to train with a bare upper body it would be unfair to the other participants.
Conclusion: I order a sports bra to have the same minimal coverage as everyone else.
When my trainer saw the order she was quite confused at first. 🤷♂️
