@GottaLaff Laffy, Thanks again for the reposts/commentary. I eagerly await each installment, and am especially curious to see how much they ask for - 8 digits or 9 (assuming punitives are an option?)

@CarlG314 @GottaLaff Apparently, EJ's lawyer is NOT asking for any specific amount. Leaving that up to the jury. Wed/thur is going to be wild.

@DoctorDNS @GottaLaff I saw that from a later post by Laffy. Seems a bit risky to not even suggest a ballpark, but maybe the fact of liability matters far more to Carroll than the amount of damages.

@DoctorDNS @GottaLaff Those were pretty low numbers (for a billionaire defendant) and based upon the damage caused by the defamation, not the rape, and not including any punitive damages.

@CarlG314 @GottaLaff yes they were low but, as you say, JUST based on the defamation. The putative will be a LOT higher.
And I suspect he really isn't a billionaire.

@CarlG314 @GottaLaff If the jury finds him guilty on both counts, that would be great. The money is or should be secondary.
