I'm sorry, but if you buy something on Amazon and you're not completely happy with it, do you not simply send it back? Because I do. A lot. I buy lots of stuff there, but some weeks I send as much of a third of it back. This is IMHO the only reasonable response to a marketplace where you cannot physically inspect your items before buying them. Amazon makes this process about as easy as it can possibly be, to their credit.
