The Supreme Court is off the rails.

Is it any wonder that 73% of Americans support establishing a code of ethics for SCOTUS justices?

They clearly can't be trusted to police themselves.

@kate0506 @rbreich since you so accurately assessed that nothing is being done about the supreme court, would you mind elaborating on the reason nothing is being done? Since it’s Congress’s job to pass legislation re the Supreme Court, what is the reason it’s not doing it if not for the balance of power in Congress? educate me please. I’m never too old to learn.
