I kind of disappeared from here for a bit. I was just looking back through my old messages about starting to eat #healthier and shed some pounds. Although it seemed like slow going, and still does from week to week, I am now down 17 lbs from my start, so that's not too shabby for a #post-menopausal sedentary woman 😁
