@binder @thegibson A nice one could, until it doesn't. The problem is that dictators are notoriously difficult to uninstall without a complete rebuild. Pretty sure that our current government is modular for that reason.
...until they aren't. We're talking someone who has to be good and stay good for decades. The most notable American king couldn't pull that off.
