I want a linux distro. Lightweight. Extremely customizable. What I mean by that, if there's an element on the screen, you should be able to manipulate it however the hell you want. Change your desktop layout, and more. I think this would change so much of what we know.

Before you say KDE Plasma, I have one more thing. Easy customization. KDE isn't lightweight and there's a lot of colors that can't be changed easily, without knowing a bunch of things. Why not make it easy?

@RainaXA what's the best Linux distro out there rn in yr opinion?

@Penultimate There's a few good ones. In terms of the best, I'm constantly distrohopping so I'm not sure.

When it comes to lightweight, I'm attached to Q4OS right now. (Debian based)

When it comes to more advanced desktops, I really like Manjaro. Manjaro is lightweight for modern computer standards, but it's super refreshing seeing a distro use not even 1GB on idle (Q4OS)

In general, I also think Fedora is really good. Not really lightweight, but definitely just a nice distro.

@Penultimate but for my 4GB RAM laptop that I use for schooling, Q4OS runs amazingly on there. I also have an old 2006 laptop that ran Windows XP with one gig, and it ran beautifully.
