The Florida legislature just passed a bill allowing the state to kidnap trans children from their parents

Also, Florida now prevents minors from receiving life saving gender-affirming care

SB 254 passed the Florida senate 26-14 and house 83-28

This should horrify everyone.

Reminder: HB 1297 will allow FL to execute medical professionals for “assaulting minors” if they even try to administer care

This is fascism. It must be stopped.

I wonder what the consequences would be for something more medically benign procedure like......a tonsillectomy or bronchitis.

I had bronchitis a few years ago, my primary care doctor proscribed antibiotics for 10 days. Problem cured.
