NOW: Jurors have delivered a partial verdict in the Proud Boys seditious conspiracy case.

On Count 1 - SEDITIOUS CONSPIRACY:

Henry Tarrio: GUILTY
Ethan Nordean: GUILTY
Joseph Biggs: GUILTY
Zachary Rehl: GUILTY

Proud Boy DOMINIC PEZZOLA: The Jury is deadlocked on the seditious conspiracy count & conspiracy to obstruct Congress count.

But as to other charges...

On Conspiracy to Obstruct Congress:

PROUD BOYS Henry TARRIO, Ethan NORDEAN, Joseph BIGGS, and Zachary REHL were found GUILTY.

On Obstruction of Congress:

All 5 PROUD BOYS on trial, Henry TARRIO, Ethan NORDEAN, Joseph BIGGS, Zachary REHL, and Dominic Pezzola were found GUILTY.

On Conspiracy to prevent an officer from discharging their duties:

Tarrio: GUILTY
Nordean: GUILTY
Biggs: GUILTY
Rehl: GUILTY
Pezzola: GUILTY

On Obstruction to impede or interfere with law enforcement during a civil disorder:

Tarrio: GUILTY
Nordean: GUILTY
Biggs: GUILTY
Rehl: GUILTY
Pezzola: GUILTY

On Destruction of government property (the black metal fencing bolted into ground):
Tarrio: GUILTY
Nordean: GUILTY
Biggs: GUILTY
Rehl: GUILTY
Pezzola: GUILTY

On Assaulting and impeding law enforcement count (tied to PB Charles Donohoe aka Yut Yut Cowabunga's throwing of a water bottle at law enforcement)

Jurors are still deliberating a verdict for this count.

On Assaulting and impeding law enforcement count (This is tied to Pezzola's wrestling of a riot shield away from a police officer, leaving that officer utterly exposed):

Dominic Pezzola is found GUILTY.

Tarrio, Nordean, Biggs and Rehl are found NOT GUILTY on this charge.

And finally, on Robbery of United States property, Dominic Pezzola is found GUILTY.

This is for stealing a police riot shield on Jan. 6. He tried to sell the jury a self defense angle, but they didn't buy it.

PROUD BOY DOMINIC PEZZOLA declared *not guilty* of seditious conspiracy.
@Brandi_Buchman What's heartening is to see these juries are carefully weighing and balancing the evidence. Also, it's heartening to see prosecutors who are willing to file charges that are not just "slam dunk" conviction cases.
@Brandi_Buchman
Did they decide that the damage to the window was >$1,000 so it's a felony?
@GreenFire @Brandi_Buchman according to a report I just heard on the radio, they did find > $1000
@Brandi_Buchman Thank you so much for your reporting through to the bitter end (almost!)
@Brandi_Buchman You’re amazing!! Thank you so much.
