My unpopular "Star Trek: Picard" finale take:

Raffi had 25 years of experience when Seven joined Starfleet, why isn't *she* captain of the Enterprise-G?

Not complaining, exactly, but it's just one more bit of S3 lore that just sorta shrugs off what was established in S1 and S2.
