My friend has just posted his latest painting online but he isn't on Mastodon. I must persuade him to sign up
He and my husband are old school mates from Coventry, they went mountain biking in Wales together a couple of weeks ago. Now he lives in the #LakeDistrict where he runs his own Gallery with his wife.
He has wonderful scenery there for inspiration #CraigLongGallery #Art

@sharongascoigne I'm invisible on Twitter 🐦☑️ because I refuse to pay to play for some stupid blue check mark. I did a little unscientific test and with less followers on Mastodon (6) vs Twitter (227) I've already gotten way more eyes on my art and photography on Mastodon than I have been from Titter suppressing my Tweets.

@DougGlassArt Twitter has never worked for us business wise. Craig doesn't have an account on there for his art.
I use Mastodon for fun rather than work but the engagement is way more than Twitter.
Facebook used to be great for us but far less so now. I'm sick of all the suggested posts on there and all the scammers.
