The Deer Whisperer 🦌⚓Sign on the side of the road on US Hwy 101 entering Sequim, Washington. The local herd of Roosevelt Elk are fitted with radio collars that activate the flashing lights warning motorists that the Elk are nearby and could cross the highway.
PetterOfCats@DeerWhispers yeah you gotta be careful for those guys. haven't seen any near Sequim, but we did see a sizable heard (about 20-30) near Beaver Lake.
@PetterOfCats I see them often at the bend on 101 as it crosses the Elwha River.
