@simonmahan This is pure idiocy. I've written to Ron Wyden to encourage him to reconsider his support of this, which will do nothing to help U.S. manufacturing and will sabotage our progress towards decarbonization.

We know where the Republicans are coming from, but any Democrat who votes for this is a fool or worse.
