Corey QuinnMan, watching Twitter walk back basically every change it makes is increasingly depressing. Not that these changes are good, mind you--but rather that nobody's thinking these things through in any sense ahead of time.

@wesley83 @Quinnypig I think I figured it out. Apparently they are giving free API access to public services (whatever that means) since a lot of notification services just shut down instead of paying the fees.
