Every apartment complex needs (apparently) That One Jackass who has the really loud vehicle and can't simply start the engine then drive away, no, he (and it's always a he) needs to let it idle for up to half an hour so everyone knows he's got a stupid loud vehicle, then he zooms away at top speed so we can all be impressed or something.

I don't make the rules... and I'd change them if I did.

@greyduck The neighbor across the breezeway has a motorcycle. I noticed he was walking it to the open driveway the other day. He said he started it a couple of weeks ago and had to run upstairs for something and was shocked at the echo/noise so he stopped starting it between the buildings.
