I think i've found a way to stop my all new additional pulsatile tinnitus. The odd thing is that if I block my good ear it stops so unlike my high pitched tinnitus (oh an embarrassment of riches) which is always there inside my head, my newer pulsatile tinnitus (like sitting right next to an active washing machine) relies on other sound reaching my good ear.
What's that about? Any #audiologists out there?
