Amazon spent $14.2 million on anti-union consultants last year alone. If that's not a clear sign that corporations are terrified of worker power, I don't know what is.

@rbreich I am more aghast that this $14.2M spent on union-busting is the change that has been hiding in Jeff Bezos' many couches and that it is probably deductible as a business expense.

@rbreich In my experience it is not so much 'worker power' many companies (NOT commenting on Amzaon here) are trying to avoid it is the additional layer of bureacracy that unions typically add to a buisiness.
