@rbreich I was shocked a year or so ago when I read that ~40% of young people (don’t recall the specific ages) considered themselves socialists. But thinking about how young people are so screwed now, it makes sense. I went to a state university and came out with almost $0 debt, it’s horrible now.
These kids are paying off student loans instead of buying houses. I hope the folks that own houses now understand what will happen to the real estate market in a couple of decades.
