Most days my “difficulties” are pretty minor and are handled with helpful strategies. But today I’m just done. Today the feeling creeps in that there is only one way out.

It’s all well and fine to say “create a life you don’t need to take a vacation from”, but for some of us both options - a vacation and an ideal life - are not an option. So then what?
