@tottinge I’ve actually revisited that article multiple times because I’ve felt that huge waste from scatter-nonsense in several orgs, but I haven’t shared it much because it **a)** speaks to an individual breaking work apart whereas I see teams doing the scattering to themselves, and **b)** its neutral, analytical tone doesn’t “spark” the change-energy I can build on. It’s a good article and a very important topic, but I think my context means I’ve opted not to share it so much.
