it seems to me FEW have any experience for the HIGH OFFICE they desire & sadly MOST fail US! oddly, they live in the land of milk & honey in fields of clover!
I think the French had more idea? they had/have a college for administration training leaders sort of learn MATHS, accounting, thinking, planning, something the UK's elected pirates never had?
