Saw both The Jauntee and Neighbor for the first time last night. Some thoughts with the caveat that I was pretty beat and hanging in the back of the room:

Jauntee – like a very good dead cover band that wrote some fun originals. Not a knock as not every band needs to be destined for stardom.

Neighbor – Reminded me so much of Strangefolk. Jamband with elevated songwriting and vocals. Nothing remarkable/unique about the musicianship, but a really great energy.

Will gladly see both again.
