Anyone know of a good, developer-friendly newsletter service that's cheap?

This time I ditched the ball of pain that is Mailchimp and just used Netlify Forms to collect signups instead. But Netlify Forms is still not a real newsletter service, so in the end I still have to find a new one...

@coffee I have used Sender a bit and think it works OK. No in depth testing though
