@scalzi one of my cats bites my ankles (or other nearest body part) whenever i sing.

i keep telling myself that she's just extra-sensitive to high-pitched tones-- and as someone with SPD and hyperacusis myself, i sympathize-- but i can't deny that my feelings are a bit hurt.

my singing is not terrible, i swear!
