#DinosaurSanctuary was made specifically and exclusively for me. Crafted for my eyes only.

seriously though I am enthralled by this #manga already and am going to preorder volume 2 soon

this is the #paleomedia we deserve... so far the main character is a new "dinokeeper" who wants to dispel the idea that dinosaurs are scary monsters - its a very cute manga with fairly solid depictions of the creatures within, and I highly recommend reading it honestly

so i got volume 2 of #DinosaurSanctuary which is a #manga about #dinosaurs in some... Jurassic Park type timeline and i love it just as much as the first volume

its still very cute and im still going to keep ordering future volumes and recommend reading it so far

also every chapter ends with a note from the research consultant (Shin-ichi Fujiwara, a PhD) about some topic relevant to the chapter, e.g. in the first volume there's a couple pages about how dinosaurs could and couldn't sit down

overall i think the idea of a Jurassic Park except the message being expressed is that theyre just animals and should be appreciated as such rather than demonizing and monsterizing them (in spite of some nasty incidents described in the manga) is a very cool one that more paleo-interested peeps should check out
@biplane
This is why I haven't seen the new Adam Driver movie, 65. Just another horror movie where animals are portrayed as monsters.. meh, no thanks.

@kwsapphire i was considering seeing it for the sake of "i enjoy seeing dinosaurs" which i managed for even the jurassic world films

but at some point it stopped even being dinosaurs in my eyes with 65

just a step beyond even what JW would pull with monsterization
