having the extremely cognitive dissonance feeling of wanting to go for a walk to finish getting 10k steps in today while listening to the Maintenance Phase episode about how 10k steps is completely meaningless.
@likeadeuce yes, walking is still good for you! and it was very nice out and very worth the walk! it was just funny to me that part of my motivation was to hit the arbitrary step count when i'd already biked like 20 miles this morning.
