nix@5tern1 @lex This line stood out to me too, and said a thing I didn't realize I was thinking. I discovered solarpunk very recently, and have been a long time fan of cyberpunk. There's still amazing cyberpunk works I love and recommend, but it feels like each new cyberpunk work is more style and less substance. Everything worth saying in that genre has been said, so now let's stop critiquing the path we're on and imagine the paths we can switch to.
