@valhikes looks like it was a beautiful hike! The white flower is a trillium. Such a treat to find them in the wild.

@mgerdts It sure is! Our trillium starts off white and will age to purple, sometimes solid and dark like the one in the corner of this first picture, sometimes with stripes.
