I don’t want to jinx anything (though I am not at all superstitious, I am literally touching wood as I send this) but, to me, the letter Fani Willis wrote today is the strongest indication yet that not only is she going to indict but that she is waiting for Jack Smith to move, as well as investigating the loose ends. Remember, the special grand jury directed her to investigate and charge possible perjury, and she’s now involved in litigation to potentially disqualify one of Trump’s lawyers.

@tvnred Everyone thought May because the Grand Jury supposedly convenes then, but I'm sure Fani has her hands full with witnesses, etc. and can't hurry this.

Wonder if she has to get all the witnesses she had for the investigative grand jury back in to testify (there were protracted court fights for some of them), or can their previous testimony be read into the record.

Then I realized July-August is probably prime fishin’ season in Georgia, y’all. So they gotta manage cops & court personnel not all being out on leave.
