JamiSome folks might disagree with me, but I personally think it's equally #sexist to think a woman is innocent of a crime simply because she's a woman as it is to think she's guilty simply because she's a woman.
Let's take #ElizabethBathory as an example. I see SO MANY people be all "Oh, she's a sweet, innocent victim of the evil patriarchy who never harmed a fly!" She was a noble, a product of inbreeding, married to a vicious man at 14, & said to have given birth to a child out of wedlock before that which means she was raped as a child. I'm NOT saying she killed 600+ women, but I'm SURE she killed at least one if not more due to these factors.
And frankly if you think Lizzie Borden is innocent you're lying to yourself.
