@MessagingMatters I was puzzled as I read that "article" until I realized it's a kind of "closed captioned" automated text. For instance, the interviewer did not say "he is to extend it". She said "he is too extended". The whole body of the article comes across as garbled with lots of non-sense and non-sentences.
