Pierre@dkellyj wow we don’t know each other but this brings tears to my eyes - I landed there on a sailing boat after a rough crossing up to the Fastnet more than 20 years ago, in the middle of the foot and mouth disease. We had our best beers and night with a bunch of friendly locals. I’ll never forget this light, this was more or less at this period of the year.

I must do a proper tour of California at some point in the future. Anytime I’ve been it’s been to the west coast, it’s been too brief and too urban focused.
