Mac SE status:

Analog board recapped and tested
Power supply recapped and tested
Logic board recapped
PRAM battery replaced with 2032 holder
BlueSCSI assembled and mounted to expansion bay printed bracket.

Now, to reassemble and test the logic board and BlueSCSI. Gotta find a bootable image first

Aaaaand my PC is not happy with my SD card reader. Must reboot after this macpack archive finishes downloading

@paulrickards I got this one to work by booting w/ no extensions then turning off the SCSI accel ext
