Short version: on Tw*tter, wint (among others) has been mocking Dear Leader's latest pay to play shell game, and a number of people who are paying $8 a month for a now *completely useless* "verification checkmark" are in high dudgeon over being mocked for it.

Whoever this guy/entity/bot is just takes the cake, though. Asking for wint to be expelled for violating double secret probation or whatever.
