I signed up for a class called 'Drawing for absolute beginners which is mostly ppl who have been in other art classes and want a grounding in basic technique. But the instructor did really want it to be accessible to anybody so when I was like 'I haven't drawn since middle school, I'm a little burnt out on writing so wanted to try a creative avenue where I didn't have so many expectations' - their eyes kind of lit up and they were like 'we will talk a out narrative in visual arts'
First assignment was to start with a basic child's drawing of a house and then we'd add on basic techniques.
My house was low on the paper so I had to do something to fill up the sky
