I've tested a lot of wearables and talked to lots of people making wearables, specifically about all the challenges in making one.

I do not believe Humane is a real product.

Happy to eat my words when they send me a review unit.
@vicmsong I’m in the same boat. It also seems like it’s essentially an android phone in a small projector. How do I watch videos on it? How do I take photos with it? How do I pair headphones to it? How does it interact with other devices? Does it do android auto? It’s gonna cost hella $$$ and be less functional than my phone and I feel like it’s currently just a gimmick. I want it to be revolutionary and real but I agree that right now it doesn’t seem to be
@totallyharrison I kind of think ppl who treat wearables as mini phone replacements kind of miss the point too. Also humans are social creatures, if you think for a second people are gonna wear this and use it on this way… buddy
@vicmsong also how does it stick to my shirt? What if I don’t want it to clip and bunch up what I’m wearing? Or if it’s pins I don’t want a hole in my jacket, etc. I 💯 agree with you though
