The economic situation will also define the start and stability of a potentially democratic and corruption-aware post-war state of Ukraine. The question of wealth and the permeability of the systems of education and economic participation will always define the acceptance and stability of a democracy. How successful is Ukraine preparing for post-war reconstruction?
