Rich Cassara@Ellopunk I think most important is a solid understanding of system architecture and the corresponding cloud components. Learning infrastructure as code an automation is also pretty key.
The work usually ranges from troubleshooting existing cloud systems, improving existing ones, and standing up new stuff.
