Our team is an enterprise level service design and innovation team housed in the Sidney Garfield Innovation Center – our design studio, workshop space, showcase, and prototyping playground.

Our four areas of focus are leading consumer experience improvement initiatives, identifying and prototyping new growth opportunities, managing the Garfield Center, and leading the design and innovation Community of Practice.
