Hitting Fox in the pocketbook doesn't work if they earn more from their lies thru increased cable demand fees than they pay out to the companies they've smeared.

The market isn't going to self-correct here. We need to find a way to actually stop the lies.

@georgetakei one reporter tried to argue that dominion was the winner when fox: A. Gets to avoid saying anything harmful. B. Pays less than half of probable full amount. C. Used their strategy of lengthening trial to cause dominion to run out of $. D. Is having others pay for it with price increases
This would be like getting a $500 speeding ticket reduced to $200 with no points on my license, then having my parents pay it for me. That’s a win in my world.
