Texas High School Cheerleader Payton Washington Stable After Being Shot in Parking Lot Car Mix-Up

A 25-year-old man has been arrested after he shot at a group of four girls when one of them mistakenly tried to get into the wrong vehicle in a parking lot, reports said.
