Oh hey, guess who got her new RGB Clicky Clacky now? Now to decide if I'm gonna swap out any of the keycaps. Ducky included some like periwinkle ones and a very pretty tiger space bar. I'm pretty sure I want the space bar.
Will decide if I'm replacing the fucking Windows logo keys with the periwinkle ducky logo and the other one that I'm not sure what the character is, but I'll look into it. Or if I can find some nice Tux keycaps instead.
But so far, much clicky, very clacky, so rgb.
Swapped the space bar for the one they included, looks pretty though it is a little higher profile. I don't think i mind, but it's easy to switch back if it bothers me.
Have the RGB set to purple for now, may play with their profiles option to be able to switch between this and the rainbow and animated options easily in the future.
Replacement keycaps out for delivery today, thanks to @emery for pointing me at the Etsy shop that had the backlit Portal keycaps. I'll post a picture when they're installed.
But for now, I *just* noticed the details on the little rubber cable tie that came with the keyboard, and OMFSM is this damn thing cute. I kinda want a few more, but I doubt they sell them individually.
They're here, they're here! No more ugly windows logo on my keyboard.
If I looked around a little more, I probably could have found something that better matched the OG keycaps, but the Tiger spacebar that came with the keyboard as a bonus was opaque as well, so I'm fine with this. Profile is nearly the same as the OG keycaps, so I'm pleased with that.
Just waiting for Etsy to let me leave a review for the seller. I'm much pleased.
