There are several reports from users on @mstdn.social that they can not see these accounts. It has been suggested that @mstdn.social may be blocking @flipboard.social and this would explain it. However, https://mstdn.social/about does not list @flipboard.social in it's list of moderated servers.

Perhaps @mstdn.social admin @stux has the answer?

That's great. This is the way it is supposed to work.

Actually, this is a pretty amazing example of the Fediverse working beautifully. A problem arose, it was noticed by the community, and quickly resolved.

Kudos to @stux and his great instance!
