Jeff Smith スミスStarter of WLP802 Budvar yeast for tomorrow’s brew. This yeast is producing a lot of sulphur. Very different from the WLP830 I used for the Märzen.
Today I brew the Tmavé Pivo though.

This Mangrove Jack M84 yeast (Pilsner Urquell yeast?) really chugs along well.
