@Teri_Kanefield multiple days later, I simply can’t follow the reasoning on standing. I’m a chemist not an attorney, but they have clearly misinterpreted the rate of serious complications such as transfusion (0-0.1%) and hospitalization (0-0.7%) with failure rate of the drug. Then claim an army of women will be overwhelming ERs. Am I this naive? Are circuit judges making these sorts of errors? Just use the wrong statistics and send it on its way?
