Does that belong to you?

Ich habe GEHÖRT... =

I have heard...

...es GEHÖRT sich nicht, seine Sachen rumliegen zu lassen. =

...it's inappropriate to leave your belongings lying around.

The combination of all three would probably never be said like that. People would rather say:

"Räum' deinen Scheiß da weg!"*

(Unfriendly for: "Remove your stuff!")
