I hate peddling my own wares but I'm a stubborn fool who decided to make my career in the arts because I probably wasn't good for much else. Unfortunately, this makes wares-peddling kind of unavoidable. I know nothing about art. But one thing people are seeing in my world, public sector, are dying malls. But not quite dead. I have traveled the US and am shocked at the number of them. Maybe this is already 8n your book. But someone sho7ld be documenting this weird period in our history. What a waste of resources.
