Sadly I will not be watching any webcasts this evening as I will be enjoying some live music like an idiot
@chris Live music > Webcasts
@Nolasox honestly the pandemic kind of made me hate webcasts
@chris I like them because while I obviously love seeing live music I also like being lazy and watching live music from my couch.
@Nolasox I get it, but I got burned out with them
@Nolasox @chris webcasts bore me. The only value for me to pay for one is as a sleep aid.
@liffy @chris While they don’t bore me, I have dozed off to countless webcasts. (And probably will again, tonight, with Phish playing on the w coast).
@liffy @Nolasox free ones are cool I guess if I'm not doing anything else
@chris @Nolasox I like it more when they broadcast live on Sirius and I can listen to some of it on the way to or home from a show or whatever else I'm doing that night. Though this new years I hit a set break on my way out and heard the last notes of the encore after.
@liffy @chris I wish more bands would do audio streams. Seeing the band is nice but at the end of the day what I want is to just hear the music.
@Nolasox @liffy I almost never actually watch them. I usually just listen to them as I toot or do other things. I much prefer audio streams, especially if I have to pay a premium for video which I probably won't pay attention to.
@Nolasox @chris love that panic does this, free.
@chris Pink Talking Fish? I can’t make it out tonight dang it
