Supreme Court Justice is implicated in major bribery scandal. There’s no other way to describe it.

Harlan Crow Bought Property from Clarence Thomas. The Justice Didn’t Disclose the Deal.

The transaction is the first known instance of money flowing from Crow to the Supreme Court justice. The sale netted the GOP megadonor two vacant lots and the house where Thomas’ mother was living.

@JamesGleick And nothing will be done about it because the system was established by the Founders expecting supremely ethical behavior by the justices, so only the Supreme Court polices itself (or these days, doesn't)
