Instead of allowing trackers to link up your behavior on multiple sites, they just get to see behavior on individual sites.

eishiya@arshubham They've been rolling it out gradually for a long time - I suspect the fear was that this might break enough websites that it would be a problem for the average user.
The article says this is for "all users" now.
